Characteristics

Soft and flexible, glossy surface, resistant to distortion, high impact resistance, high mechanical strength, more uniform stress distribution compared to ordinary pitch hoses, stronger bending resistance. Resistant to oil, alkali, weak acid, friction, particularly good resistance to ultraviolet radiation; good self-extinguishing properties; suitable for outdoor installation; medium wall thickness, free of halogens, phosphorus, cadmium, and has passed RoHS testing.

Applications

Hoses are important components in modern industry. Hoses are mainly used as protection for wires, cables, automation instrument signal cables, and civilian shower hoses, with specifications ranging from 3mm to 150mm. Small-diameter hoses (inner diameter 3mm-25mm) are mainly used for equipment line protection, industrial sensor line protection, machine tool manufacturing, electrical insulation protection, electrical automation control systems, public transportation, subway, power frequency, air conditioning and refrigeration, etc.
